We describe each book or other item individually in detail and intend to be accurate.  We pack items carefully - using bubble wrap around hardback books inside a water resistant bubble mailer and a cardboard stiffener for softcover books also inside a  water resistant bubble mailer.

We ship every business day and most orders ship within 24 hours. Regular domestic shipping is sent via Media Mail and small items such as CDs are upgraded to First Class.  Expedited domestic shipping is by Priority Mail.  International shipments are by International Air Mail or by Priority Mail if expedited.   We send an email notification of every shipment and also include a USPS tracking number for domestic orders at no extra cost.

 Expedited  domestic shipping takes between 3 to 6 business days.  Regular shipping takes 7-14 days, although in some extreme cases can take up to a month. Regular international shipping can take longer -to quote Amazon "International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks ( may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays)."  For expedited international shipping we ship via Global Priority or Air Mail.

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and we will refund the purchase price upon receiving the item back from you.  If the mistake is ours, we will also refund the shipping or issue a partial refund.
